Luxurious Room Amenities

Relaxing Poolside Experience

The pool area at The Palace was absolutely great. It was a pleasure to see familiar faces among the staff, especially Lizzie, who took really good care of us and made sure our drinks were never empty. The atmosphere was relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a fun day at the Valley of Waves.

Impressive Bathroom Features

My stay at The Palace was truly a memorable experience with spectacular grounds and a fantastic selection of dining options. I particularly enjoyed the sunset views from the Kings tower and the exquisite food, though I did encounter a small issue with bees around the food at one point. The staff were mostly friendly and made the stay enjoyable, with a special shoutout to Onicca and Marie who were simply delightful. While I had a wonderful time overall, I feel the experience could improve with better management of outdoor dining areas.
