Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Palace was filled with luxury and grandeur, making it a memorable experience overall. The lavish decor and variety of dining options were impressive, especially the breakfast buffet. However, the service could be inconsistent at times, and the incident I faced regarding safety left a lot to be desired. Despite its stunning atmosphere, the concern for personal safety and staff responsiveness needs attention.
The hotel was a spectacular escape with a unique atmosphere. I felt like royalty during my stay, with breakfast options that included champagne and oysters-a real treat. The staff were mostly great, though I did encounter some less than friendly faces at the reception. On the downside, the transport situation back to the main hotel was a hassle, and my room had a few maintenance issues. All in all, I had a memorable stay, but there are areas that could use improvement.
My stay at The Palace was truly a memorable experience with spectacular grounds and a fantastic selection of dining options. I particularly enjoyed the sunset views from the Kings tower and the exquisite food, though I did encounter a small issue with bees around the food at one point. The staff were mostly friendly and made the stay enjoyable, with a special shoutout to Onicca and Marie who were simply delightful. While I had a wonderful time overall, I feel the experience could improve with better management of outdoor dining areas.
The Palace is set in a stunning resort that both kids and parents adore, with attentive staff and beautiful surroundings. However, the maintenance issues with the fridge and the poor dining options significantly detract from the experience. Despite these shortcomings, the lovely atmosphere around the pool and delicious breakfasts made for an overall enjoyable stay.
My stay at the Palace of the Lost City was an interesting mix of luxury and some notable service challenges. The grandeur of the hotel and the extensive range of activities kept me entertained, though the dining and check-in experiences definitely could use some improvements. Overall, it has a lovely atmosphere, but there were moments that felt lacking in personal touch, especially for the price I paid.
